Bonnie Paruch is a signature member of the Pastel Society of America (P.S.A), and a member of The Oil Painters of America (OPA).  Her bold and impressionistic oil and pastel paintings have been exhibited in many national and regional exhibitions. Bonnie described her plein air paintings and techniques in an article she authored in the May/June, 2002 issue of International Pastel Artist. This was followed by inclusion in a article by International Artist magazine (April/May 2004) "The Best Kept Secrets of Plein Air Painters" She was the cover artist and "Pastel Page" feature artist in the November 2000 issue of American Artist Magazine.

In October of 2000, Southwest Art Magazine proclaimed Bonnie as "an artist to collect". Bonnie’s award winning paintings have also been published in the Artist Magazine, The Pastel Journal, North Light Magazine, Wisconsin Trails Magazine, and in The Best of Flower Painting Two (a book).

Bonnie has participated in numerous group and solo gallery shows. Northwestern Publishing of Milwaukee, WI, the Dane County Cultural Affairs Commission of Madison, Wi. and Edgewood Orchard Galleries of Fish Creek have utilized the artist’s work for book cover, calendar and cookbook illustrations. Bonnie’s work is represented at these Fine Art Galleries: Edgewood Orchard Galleries of Fish Creek, WI.

Bonnie has taught painting workshops for many organizations including: Utrecht Art Supply, Milwaukee, WI. The Peninsula Art School of Fish Creek, WI., The West Bend Art Museum of West Bend, WI., The Clearing of Ellison Bay, Wi.., and The Wichita Center For the Arts of Wichita, Ks.. She is a faculty member of the Kewaunee Academy of Fine Art in Kewaunee, Wisconsin. She especially enjoys sharing her passion for art with students in grades 1-12. Bonnie has been an artist mentor and instructor for the Exposure to Creativity Program  sponsored by Friends of Gibraltar School and The Hardy Gallery. She has also been an Artist in Residence with Milwaukee and Kewaskum, Wisconsin public schools.
